TL;DR — the important bits: By using vlink.asia or the VLink Outline DLN plugin, you agree to these terms. The free tier gives you 3 outlines per browser. Paid downloads cost USD 2.99 each, processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. Disputes are governed by Vietnamese law.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “User”) and VLink Asia (“VLink Asia”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the website vlink.asia, the VLink Outline DLN WordPress plugin, or any related service (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

  • “Service” means the website vlink.asia, the VLink Outline DLN WordPress plugin, the public outline generator shortcode, and any associated APIs.
  • “Outline” means the structured 25-H2 content outline produced by the Service.
  • “Free Tier” means the first three Outline generations per browser visitor, available without payment.
  • “Paid Service” means any Outline, PDF, or feature unlocked by completing payment.
  • “Lemon Squeezy” means Lemon Squeezy, Inc., our Merchant of Record for payment processing (lemonsqueezy.com).
  • “Anthropic” means Anthropic, PBC, the provider of the Claude AI used by our AI fallback feature.

3. The service

The Service generates structured SEO content outlines following VLink Asia’s Decision Ladder Navigation (DLN) framework. Each Outline contains 25 H2 sections distributed across five buyer-journey stages (Orient, Choose, Prove, Rate, Act) plus one cross-stage FAQ.

The Service operates in two modes:

  1. Template lookup — for industries already in our library, the Outline is rendered locally and instantly without calling any AI provider.
  2. AI fallback — for industries not yet in the library, we send your topic and existing industry list to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate a new template.

We may improve, update, or change the Service at any time without prior notice.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

5. Account & registration

No account is required to use the Free Tier. Your free quota is tracked via a first-party browser cookie (vlink_og_uid) — see our Privacy Policy for details.

For Paid Services, Lemon Squeezy handles checkout and may collect your email address and billing information directly. We do not maintain a user account database; we identify paying users by the cookie UID linked to their successful purchase.

6. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, or that promotes violence or self-harm
  • Generate content infringing intellectual property, trademark, or trade secret rights
  • Attempt to bypass the free-tier quota by manipulating cookies, IP addresses, or other technical means
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or copy the Service for commercial redistribution
  • Attack, probe, or interfere with the Service’s infrastructure
  • Use the Service to generate content for sites that violate Google’s search quality guidelines, including spam, deceptive practices, or auto-generated low-quality content at scale
  • Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations.

7. Free tier

The Free Tier provides three (3) Outline generations per browser cookie, with no time limit on when you use them. Free Tier Outlines:

  • Are rendered on screen and can be copied as HTML or Markdown
  • Do not include the branded PDF download
  • Do not constitute a recurring service obligation — we may discontinue the Free Tier with reasonable notice

Deleting your cookies resets your quota counter, but our IP-based rate limit (currently 10 requests per 5 minutes per IP) still applies to prevent abuse.

For USD 2.99, you receive one additional Outline generation plus a branded PDF download. Once granted, the credit does not expire and persists across sessions for the same cookie UID.

Unlimited Outline generations and PDF downloads. Subscription auto-renews monthly until cancelled. You may cancel any time via Lemon Squeezy’s customer portal.

Important: All paid transactions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, Inc. as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is responsible for:
  • Charging your card or payment method
  • Calculating and remitting VAT, sales tax, or GST in your jurisdiction
  • Issuing your receipt and invoice
  • Processing refunds (see Section 9)

Your charge will appear on your statement as “Lemon Squeezy” or similar. Lemon Squeezy’s own terms of service and privacy policy also apply to the transaction layer.

We reserve the right to change pricing for new purchases at any time. Existing paid credits and active subscriptions remain at the price you paid until renewal.

9. Refunds

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on all Paid Services:

  • One-time PDF purchases — refundable within 14 days of purchase. Email contact@vlink.asia with your Lemon Squeezy order ID.
  • Subscriptions — first month refundable within 14 days; subsequent months refundable on a pro-rata basis for unused days.

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy and typically settle to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after approval.

Beyond the 14-day window, refunds are at our discretion and generally limited to material service failures (for example, the Service was unavailable for an extended period).

10. Subscriptions & renewal

If you subscribe to the Pro plan:

  • Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price
  • You may cancel at any time via the customer portal link in your receipt email — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access for the remainder of the paid period after cancellation; no further charges are made
  • Lemon Squeezy sends an invoice reminder before each renewal

11. Intellectual property

The Service, including the website design, plugin code, DLN framework documentation, industry templates, vertical rule packs, brand names (“VLink”, “VLink Asia”, “DLN Outline DLN”, “Decision Ladder Navigation”, “DLN”), logos, and visual identity, is owned by VLink Asia and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The plugin source code is licensed under GPLv2 or later when distributed via the WordPress.org plugin directory. The DLN framework methodology, brand names, and curated content remain proprietary.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:

  • Access and use the Service for your personal or business content creation needs
  • Install and run the plugin on WordPress sites you own or operate
  • Use generated Outlines as the basis for your own content (you own the content you write under the Outline)

You may NOT:

  • Remove or alter our copyright, trademark, or attribution notices
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or generated PDFs as a standalone product
  • Use our brand names or logos to imply endorsement without written permission
  • Train machine-learning models on the Outlines, rule packs, or templates we generate

12. Your content & outputs

12.1 Topic text you submit

You retain all rights to the topic text you submit. By submitting, you grant us a limited licence to process it through the Service (including sending to Anthropic for AI fallback when applicable) solely to generate your Outline.

You own the specific Outline rendered for your topic. You are free to publish, modify, monetise, or otherwise use the Outline content as the structural basis of your own work. The underlying template, framework, and rule packs remain our intellectual property.

12.3 AI-generated content disclaimer

Outlines may incorporate AI-generated text. AI can produce inaccurate, biased, or otherwise problematic content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing every Outline before publishing. We make no warranty about the accuracy, originality, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated portions.

13. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (Anthropic, Lemon Squeezy). Their availability and behaviour are outside our control. If a third-party provider experiences downtime, the corresponding feature of the Service may be temporarily unavailable. We will use reasonable efforts to keep affected users informed.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of AI-generated content.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Outlines will improve your search rankings or business outcomes
  • AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date
  • The Service will be compatible with every WordPress theme, hosting provider, or third-party plugin

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, the above exclusions may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall VLink Asia, its founders, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill
  • Damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service
  • Damages arising from any third-party service or content

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VLink Asia and its founders from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law
  • Content you publish based on Outlines we generate, where that content infringes third-party rights or violates the law
  • Your violation of the rights of any third party

17. Term & termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • We are required to do so by law or court order
  • We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice to active paid users)

You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

18. Modifications to these terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we update the “Last updated” date at the top. For material changes affecting paid users, we will provide notice via email or a banner on the Service at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

19. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.

For the payment-processing layer, Lemon Squeezy’s own terms apply to the transaction and may invoke a different jurisdiction for payment disputes.

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at contact@vlink.asia and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We commit to responding within 30 days.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
